Echo Lake // Wild Peace

Ahead of the July 25th release of their debut record 'Wild Peace' on No Pain In Pop, Echo Lake are offering some free streams to whet our whistles for the full album.

The title track below is typical of the band's glimmering shoe-gaze, hushed, chamber vocals and looped basslines, while the video for earlier track Even The Blind gives the perfect, blurry visual accompaniment to their sound.

Full tracklisting for the album will be:
Further Down
Another Day
Wild Peace
Even The Blind
Monday 5AM
Young Silence
In Dreams
Last Song Of The Year
Swimmers
Just Kids

Echo Lake // Buried at Sea

There's one thing I'm sure of having watched the dream-like, Natalia Stuyk-directed video for Echo Lake's latest track Buried at Sea, and that's that David Attenborough and his BBC buddies should get in touch immediately and ensure Echo Lake soundtrack all future Planet related programming.

Taken from the ambient-pop band's new 'Young Silence EP', the track is stunningly fluid and subtly uplifting, while the accompanying images are a thing of wistful beauty.

Echo Lake // Breathe Deep

London's Echo Lake generate reverb drenched, psychedlic epics, like Jesus and Mary Chain on a trip around the Nordics. Breathe Deep is no exception, the blissful female vocals perfectly pitched against the looping, hazed guitars, with Rob Heppell's video providing an accurate visual interpretation. Enjoy.
